Delete your flyStarz account

How account deletion works and what happens to your data.

You can delete your flyStarz account at any time, from the website or the iOS and Android apps. flyStarz is operated by Sonic Star Co., Ltd.

Delete it yourself

  1. Sign in on flystarz.com or in the flyStarz app.
  2. Open Account → Profile.
  3. Under "Delete account", tap "Delete my account".
  4. Confirm with your password and type DELETE. Deletion happens immediately.

What we delete

  • Your profile: name, date of birth, passport and NRC numbers, phone numbers, address and email.
  • Saved travellers and their passport details.
  • Preferences, watched flights and account messages.
  • Your sign-in: every session is ended and the password can no longer be used.

What we keep, and for how long

Bookings you have already made stay valid with the airline. Booking and payment records (route, dates, passenger names on the ticket, amounts paid) are kept for 7 years because tax and accounting law requires it, with your contact email and phone removed. They are no longer linked to a usable account.

Can't sign in?

If you can't access your account, email privacy@sonicstartravel.com from the email address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We confirm your identity and complete the request within 30 days.
